İncir (Ficus carica L.) arazi gen bankaları ve çalışmaları

چکیده
İncir arazi gen bankaları; genetik çeşitliliğin korunması, çeşitli ıslah programları için kullanılması ve gelecek nesillere aktarılması konusunda önemli bir yere sahip havuzlarıdır. Genetik kaynakların yönetimi; koruma, zenginleştirme, karakterizasyon, değerlendirme dökümantasyon konularını içerir. Türkiye’nin Aydın İli’nde bulunan, Araştırma Enstitüsü Müdürlüğü bünyesinde, ülkenin incir yetişen bölgelerinden sürvey seleksiyon çalışmaları ile toplanmış 354 yerel dişi erkek çeşit/genotipi bankasında koruma altına alınmıştır. Hatay Zeytincilik Müdürlüğü, kaynaklarının muhafazası ikinci dereceden sorumlu kuruluştur. 
 Bu çalışmada, “İncir (Ficus carica L.) Kaynakları Muhafaza Karakterizasyonu” proje çalışmasının bankası yapılan kısmı dünya bankaları çalışmalarına yer verilmiştir.
